Small 5" Safeblade Knife -
The small Safeblade 5″ knife is the perfect tool for the professional insulation engineer who recognises the need for both efficient and safe insulation work. The 5" serrated steel blade is ideal for more detailed or intricate shapes and easily cuts through insulation products quickly and precisely. The curved blade helps speed up the work flow whilst the robust handle will remain comfortable all day long. With its numerous safety features and being TICA endorsed the Safeblade has become the accepted standard lagging knife on sites in the UK and around the world.
The small Safeblade 5″ insulation knife is ideal for more detailed cutting of insulation products including Rockwool and increases the accuracy and quality of the insulation engineer's work. It’s many safety features ensure it is the lagging knife of choice in the insulation and fire stopping industries.
The rounded tip minimizes the chance of stabbing injury to the operative. The sturdy grip has forward finger protection and a steel inset ring for attaching a safety lanyard when working at height.
Safety Holster Small - Funnel necked, easily located holster for safe stowing of knives when not in use. The holster safely grips the 5" knife in the holster until required.
Belt - Attach the whole system quickly, comfortably and safely.
Please note the correct way to thread the belt through the holster - as shown in pic. This helps prevent damage to the outer edges of the holster.
Lanyard - Adds an extra layer of safety particularly when working at height.
Gloves - Our Safeblade Cut Resistant Level 5 Hand Protection Gloves must be used at all times whilst cutting material to avoid injury.
